What is good fat?
 There are 3 different types of fat.
Saturated fat increases blood cholestrol, which
 can lead to heart disease. Monounsaturated and
polyunsaturated fats are healthy fats.
 Saturated Fat:
 Is solid at room temperature. It is found mainly
in animal products like butter, dairy products,
lard, dripping and fatty meat. 
Monounsaturated Fat:
 May be in animal or plant products like olive oil,
canola oil, peanuts, avocados and meat. 
Polyunsaturated Fat:
 Is liquid at room temperature and mainly
found in products like nuts, sunflower oil,
soybean oil and safflower oil.
